Helpful and extremely honest. I contracted Randy in the morning and told him he problem with a TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 7 twin time that started running between 2 to 5 minutes fast a day. He found a time that day for me to stop by so he can run some test on the watch. 5 minutes later, he handed me back my watch and showed me on video he took that he had to demagnetize it three times. He told me he checked the timing and said it was running near perfect. He charged me nothing for his time... WOW! I was thinking I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars on maintenance to get the watch running correctly again. He fixed it in minutes and told me my watch was running great and I needed to do nothing in of maintenance. I have four other mechanical watches. Any problems that arise in any of them, I will be contacting Randy for any needs I have first. I know he will be honest with me and anything he recommends will be necessary and needed. I am so happy I contacted Specialty Watch Repair with my problem.

Took my 2009 Omega Speedmaster to Randolph for an estimate to service the watch since the winding was a bit stiff and I thought it was running slow. He performed a pressure check and timing test. Handed the watch back to me and said he adjusted the timing a bit and lubricated a few gaskets. Said the watch is fine and not to do a thing to it. No charge. Never been so shocked in my life. What an honest knowledgeable gentlemen. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Was able to diagnose and fix an old Raymond Weil watch I inherited. Took no more than 15 minutes and even threw in a complimentary battery. I’ve been to numerous places for service in the area, this is by far one of the best.

Didn't happen overnight but ultimately my watch was fixed and at a a fair price. Definitely recommend their services!!!

Absolutely trust Specialty Watch Repair! I was in need of a speedy fix on my Grandpa's Omega for my wedding. Randy answered my call and the watch was fixed in less than an hour.

Came from out of state to visit family and brought my watch into Randy. From step 1, his communication was prompt and I was able to set up an appointment quickly. Shipped my Rolex Datejust here for overhaul and couldn’t be happier with the service. The warranty they put on their work is 5 Years. I had an issue with mine, that had a broken part that was outside the warranty and they replaced the part and repaired, all at no cost. This level of service is seldom seen these days. Over the top customer service. I would highly recommend
